Hey guys, im back after a seemingly long absence. Haha i was sick for 2 days, and i think today i seem to be recovering lalal fever no more! Eh my 1st day of work is approaching and i haven even started to learn how to use Microsoft Excel! Can somebody tell me to stop playing games on the com and instead settle down to study for my 1st day of work? Haha, i have had enuff of studying for anything coz after A's, i told myself i wouldnt study anything anymore... Lala. my frens are asking me to join them for dinner today but shd i go? I dunno whether i feel well enuff to go town... Lala suddenly im missing all my frens, woo, i thank God for letting me find them... Muack God and my frens.. Haha i sound lame haha... it seems like at the moment of recovery, my mad personality has come rushing back to me, wow how liberating being mad is haha especially after the fever and flu... Im not wat u think today although wat i've told u abt myself in the past was true. Believe me, I've changed. Im just too tired to prove myself to u, because i really have changed and u choose not to believe me. Tt's just sad...

Hey guys, im now having flu and prob on the way to having a sore throat. I think im sick, i feel a little hot over. Haha my sis and mum are also sick and my dad is on his way to recovery. I guess bro is next haha. Yest was a great event but im really sorry to abandon u guys to head for the comfort of my home instead of clubbing. I really am not feeling well, well, i tot if i were to club with u all, my cold will be better by then but this was not to be, the moment i got home, i started sneezing like it can never stop. Haha... And i also had a sleepless night, my supposed beauty sleep was hampered by my blocked nose... Stupid nose and somemore i dunno how i was able to wake up at a normal time of 10 sth am this morning without feeling tired. Haiz i haven had my lunch yet and i doubt i will be eating later coz i simply have no appetite... Back to the prom yest, i must say it was pretty fab, this being my first prom and all. Before the prom, i went to have a complete makeover (as quoted by Drey K) at Hollywood Secrets in Paragon. I recommend u guys go there for a session of pampering coz i think the service there is good. And oh, the prom was held at Meritus Mandarin, me and Jo were a bit held up coz of the absent-minded Drey haha, she was freaking hilarious, guess she really wasnt tt excited bout the prom... Haha u pple, did u have to go for jaw treatment to push back ur jaws into place? Haha i guess some of u were surprised to see me in my full glory for the first time. But i really think i wasnt at all tt impressive haha.. So after the prom, there was post-prom at DXO and most of the class pple went, i bet most of them are still sleeping peacefully... Well tata, here ends this post, im off to seek treatment for my illness hahah and also find some stuff to occupy myself.By the way, the prom pics are on the right, scroll down further and click on the link. Hi pple, today was basically an alrite day for me. Today was my bro's confirmation and we went to church at 2.45 pm for tt event. Haha my first time seeing my bro wearing a long-sleeved shirt and black pants. Most of the time, he wears tee shirt and berms. Hmm i must admit tt he does look nice in tt get-up. Then after tt, i went to Hana's hse for potluck, before tt, met Juju and Menda at Cj bus stop. OH yea, while there, i concocted my own little cocktail, mixed orange, apple and half a cup of Absolut Vodka (i must inform u tt this fella contains 40% alchohol!) Haha then after tt, my face felt hot, burning i tell u and my chest was heavy, yea i was Zhong Kui for awhile haha. I think i must have felt dizzy when i went for a walk outside the hse compound and also i was having a bit of headache haha. We played some truth or dare game and also also a very lame game called 'Big fish, small fish'. Haha we have to extend our hands to indicate the size, but it had to be the opposite of what we say. SO yea its basically a tricky mind game. Oh yea the person who must be booed is Audrey K! She in the end din manage to come. Haiz. Hhaa i so badly wan to post a video of Denise doing her unglam punishment but she made me promise not to! Boo hoo! Bad girl! Haha. Let's pray for me to find a suitable comfortable prom dress tml! aha im way behind schedule and i need to buy it fast! Haha. Kay, mum's forcing me to slp.

today As ended for us, but somehow i wasn't THAT happy, hahaha perhaps it was because i unofficially declared As over the same time denise declared it. =X
can't believe you take an interest in wooden models, the patience and all, haha couldn't tell.
today only one person managed to see through it. hahaha though she thought something else of it, it was surprising she noticed. sometimes we get too close to people to see them clear enough huh.
i wish there was someway i could help, but now i understand why.

Today went out wif the geog pple and denise to orchard. First we went to Far East to shop. Also had the chicken rice there but it was horrible. Also at that time, i wasnt feeling hungry, guess casue i just drank the bubble tea. The chicken was so-so, the veggies are just so ur typical home-cooked dinner food, the oyster sauce for the veggies wasnt really oyster sauce and the ginger to go with the chicken rice is soooooooooooo not so tasty and there is the typical ginger taste. I mean if the ginger taste is really there, then how do u expect us to eat, it's like have u seen anybody peeling the skin and eating the whole ginger just like a carrot??? They should have like masked the taste of ginger!!! Anyway, it's an old stall so i can't really blame them... Haha..
Then after tt, looked around for prom dress and they keep forcing me to try, but i disappointed them ahah. I'm sorry guys, i really disappointed u all eh? Don't worry, i promise i will wear a dress tt will keep ur jaws hanging out for the rest of ur lives haha but just don't nominate me for best dressed person just to help me attract anybody or watsoever haaha...
Oh then we went to Shaw and we popped by at Topshop where the guys picked out clothes for Vance to try. Wow, he really can look so ultra cool despite his nerdy image. He was wearing a man's shirt, a black vest and an ultra cool hat.
Hext, we watched movie Stardust at Lido. The movie was like too romantic, i cant take it, even kissing scenes. Whenever i watch them, i have this weird feeling of u know i dunno how to describe it. Just awkward. Hmm yea, overall great show so u all shd watch it.

1. The ligand will bind to the extracellular receptor domains of each of the two tyrosine kinase receptors (TKR). 2. This immediate binding action will cause the dimerisation of the receptors where they will interact with each other by phosphorylating each other's intracellular domain of the TKR.3. There are phosphate groups attached to the intracellular domain of the TKR and these groups will bind to the inactive relay proteins which undergoes a conformational change, activating them.4. The activated relay proteins will go on to phosphorylate other relay proteins in the phosphorylation cascade.

1. An extracellular ligand will bind to the extracellular domain of the GPCR which is a transmembrane protein, resulting in a conformational change in the receptor, causing the intracellular domain to bind to the nearby inactive G-protein. 2. Upon interaction, it will cause the displacement of the GDP that was bound to the G-protein into GTP which will activate the G-protein.3. The activated G-protein will then dissociate from the GPCR and bind to the enzyme adenylyl cyclase, activating it. The activvated enzyme will convert ATP into cAMP which is a second messenger that will bind to an inactive protien kinase.4. The protein kinase is now activated and will go on to phosphorylate the next protein kinase in the phosphorylation cascade until it reaches the transcription factor at the end of the cascade.
