Wow, this picture is super nice and enthralling!Imagine u r the one living there.
It's like u r living in a mysterious forest or being surrounded by a beautiful lagoon/lake.
Wow, this feeling is simply hard to imagine.

Ok yesterday, i watched The Kite Runner which is an Afghanistan/Pakistan movie.
The movie file was actually left to rot in my folder but on recommendation by Audrey K to read the novel of the same name, i decided to watch the movie version.
And boy, did i regret not watching it earlier.
It's actually a very touching one whereby there are 2 boys, Amir frm a rich family and Hassan frm a poor family and also a servant to the Amir's family.
Sounds like the prince and pauper rite?
The 2 boys are the best of frens and they call themselves "The Sultans of Kabul" which i think is a great name haha.
Hassan is very steadfastly loyal to Amir and is willing to die for him.
Very touching due to the fact tt he is abt 10 to 11 yrs old.
When the bigger boys bullied Hassan because of his inferior class and also they wanted the kite for themselves, he refused to give in to their tauntings and abuses.
Instead he took the beatings all because he wanted to give the kite to Amir.
Edited: Hassan wasnt beaten up just as i thought because he was dripping blood in the snow, but he was given...........aggressive anal sex by the boy bully...
Amir just stood by and watched his good fren being humiliated.
I feel tt Amir is being a coward here and even like a pot calling the kettle black because in the end, Amir called Hassan a coward because he was embarrassed at his own cowardice for not helping Hassan.
Hassan and his father then suddenly stopped serving Amir and his father for i dunno wat reason. (I haven finished watching it hhaa)
Initially, Amir had earlier brought up the idea of changing servants to his father after the bullying incident but his father was terribly ashamed of him ever bringing up tt idea.
At tt time, i was agreeing wif his father and also at the same time, feeling angry with Amir for thinking of abandoning his good fren and not repaying him back for his loyalty and kindness.
All this while, i admire Amir's father for being a humble person although he's rich.
He also places a great emphasis on friendships as well as the ability to stand up for oneself.
...
So, i feel this story is also an example of wat a friendship shd be, tt it shdnt be stopped abruptly and tt frens must face troubles and beatings together no matter what.
Each fren must be willing to die for the other, regardless of status in society.
One shd not forget his fren if ever he is promoted to a higher ranking in society or has gained recognition in society.

Haha, i strongly recommend u all to watch this show, i think it's now showing in cinemas.
While watching it, i think u will feel a sense of pity for the characters in the movie, and at the same time, u can ponder on wat would happen if u and ur fren were in their shoes.
I think this movie will further make u appreciate ur present friendships even more and also to be wiser in choosing the types of frens u can have and depend on.

It's a Saturday morning!Ok i've made it a point to post a beautiful picture everyday so tt it will kind of make u relaxed while reading my posts haha.

Morning!
Beautiful morning today it is!
The sun is shining ever so brightly.
The skies are blue wif only 1 or 2 clouds.
It's the first time i've ever seen such a cloudless Singapore sky.
It's as though the clouds have been 'rained' out the previous day.
People, come outside and witness a 'few-in-a-lifetime' phenomenon of having such a cloudless blue sky in Singapore.

I just heard frm mom yesterday tt it had been raining hailstones right here in Singapore!
Well i've heard of hailstones here but tt happened long ago maybe during the 1960s as well as recently in Jul last yr.
But it's not as if we can witness hailstones all the time.
Those places tt were lucky to experience hailstones were Bishan, Toa Payoh and Ang Mo Kio.
When i came home, i saw my neighbour's giant cny pineapple head, which had always been hanging on the ceiling, on the floor.
Apparently yesterday had the strongest winds and rain ever according to my maid, and the big pineapple head fell on top of the vase, pushing it onto the floor.
Woooo...
She also said tt it was the first time tt rain had been able to reach the door hallway.
Woooo...

Haha, as i heard these news frm my maid, i cant help but wonder whether i've missed all these actions yesterday.
I dont remember seeing any rain at my office nor any sign tt hailstones were pouring frm the sky in other parts of Singapore.
Bro had been lucky to witness hailstones in Bishan but he said tt the hailstones were really hard to see frm indoors although he could make out tt they werent making any splash once they hit ground because they were really small, like the size of a 20cent coin.
For me, it's a weather phenomenon and i like these kinds of happenings.
It makes me feel like it's the day after tomorrow tt kind of thing.
Sis says the next time, it will snow in Singapore haha.

There was this funny conversation i had with my mum regarding hailstones frm the news.
I was surfing for news of the hailstones in Singapore on the straits times interactive website and i came across a news article tt said hailstones were also found in Australia.
Me: Hey mummy, Australia also got hailstones!
They are the size of tennis balls!
-At this, mum came rushing towards me and the com to verify my statement.-
But before looking at the com screen, she said "Woah, even Australia got hailstones!"
I bet she was thinking it really was the day after tommorow haha.
Then upon closer look at the screen, mum looked upwards for the date of the article and realised it was an october article...

So here i am...
Yesterday i went back to Goodwood again wif jojo to buy the pitcher plant for bro.
It rained again yesterday but mother luck decided to protect me frm the evil acidic water tt could threaten to disintegrate ur hair and skin.
While at home, bro and i had a fun time looking for insects to put into the pitcher plant and see wat happens haha.
Maybe today we will try out the venus flytrap.
Let's hope tt insects come visiting my house tonight and i will gladly give them a warm welcome into the nice sweet-smelling home of the venus flytrap haha.

Ok let me comment on the games i've downloaded into my psp so far.
I've downloaded God of War Chains of Olympus which i'm now playing and on my way to completing it.
I feel tt the game itself is too short and rather easy to defeat opponents.
But it can put a toll on the buttons and analog stick of the psp.
Just this morning, i just transferred the newly completed Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII into my psp.
I decided to take up reggie's recommendation of the game haha and also esp when the game's rating scores well.
Haha i sound like a boy who is so addicted to playing these adventure rpg games.
Well, who says boys only play these kind of games?

As promised, here are the pictures of my very own almost 'unique' collection of funny wierd-looking plants haha.
I never realised tt i could be so into plants coz im mainly an animal lover haha.
I think caring for plants are good coz it will change ur weird emoing self into a life wif a purpose for caring for ur own plants.
This is the sarracenia plant which is another type of a pitcher plant.
It doesnt hang frm its own 'tendrils' but this one grows in the soil.
Can u see the pitcher? There's a hole there haha.
This is the venus flytrap. It also grows in the soil.

Cough cough...
Ok this post shall be abt wat i did after work yesterday.
I think the secret can be let out safely since im gonna give it to jojo and reggie during lunchtime and also most probably they would not be reading this blog until lunchtime.
Haha, i just cant wait to leave the blog posting to after lunchtime, im a type of person who needs to get things done fast and over with.

Ok after work, i took a bus wif jojo as my destination was along the way.
The place where i was going?
Far East Flora.
I was planning to get jojo a special present and these few weeks, i havent seen anything speciarrl in shopping malls.
Tt's when the answer hit me...
This special present can be found in a flower nursery.
Actually i planned to get the venus flytrap for her but the nursery didnt have it.
I think it was sold out coz the sarracenius (similar to the pitcher plants) plants were all tt was left.
But i so badly wanted the venus flytrap since its trapping mechanism to trap insects was so intriguing, i simply had to get my hands on it.
So i walked over to Goodwood Florist which is separated by Hawaii Landscapes.
Apparently i think Goodwood Florist is part of Far East Flora because their plastic bags have Far East Flora's name on them.
And ooh, i was lucky, Goodwood had the venus flytraps!
But wif only 3 pots left.
They also had the sarracenius plant too.
I was wondering why the flytraps were like small and there were some dead flytraps tt had already turned black but still on the whole, it was a true green venus flytrap!
Haha, nevertheless i still bought it.
But as u all know, items bought must be tested out rite?
So i told the nursery-keepers to test out the leaves of the carnivorous plant.
One pot had leaves tt din react to the rolled-up paper but the other pot had leaves tt reacted.
So i took the healthy looking pot and the price was a little ex and furthermore, i think it's too ugly to be presented as a gift to jojo.
So i decided to purchase the colourful cactus nearby for jojo and since it was cheap, i decided to get another one for reggie.
So u two, u got red and pink cactuses to choose from!!!
hahha...
I will post photos of the flytraps and the cactuses some other time coz i dun have it wif me.

While at the nursery, the sky had already turned dark and there was a little bit of lightning but surprisingly, it din rain on me ahah.
I walked to the bus stop to catch a bus home and while waiting, i saw a woman walking towards the bus stop, wearing a black dress and black boots tt covered the whole shin.
Initially, she captured my eye coz of her rather fashionable way of dressing and she was holding a newspaper to cover her head frm the light drizzle.
And when she walked past me, i caught her glimpse of her face and i was thinking to myself tt she was really pretty.
But she caught me by surprise!
She was none other than JADE SEAH!!!
Hahaha, no wonder she was wearing such clothes and looking icy cold, maybe becoz she din want pple at the bus stop to recognise her.
Haha i shd have known tt i was bound to meet celebrities anyway coz Mediacorp was nearby.
Sadly, she wasnt taking my bus haha...
I sound like some stalker but i aint, dont worry.

Wooo i cant wait for work to end so tt i can zip off to somewhere (i cant state the name coz the belated birthday girl might know) to buy things for myself and her (jojo).
Anyway it's just buying things so why shd i care so much abt tt?
It's becoz tt thing im planning to buy is so cool and unique and i think it's quite hard to find in Sg.
I only hope tt it's cheap and not heavy to lug all the way home.

Oh i still cant forget abt one particular scene in a movie called "The Mist".
There's this woman who acts as a seriously freaking irritating so-called interpreter of things to come.
For eg, she will always have a bible in one hand and another hand, except it's not a hand, but a twirling finger in a kind of preaching manner.
Plus throw in a non-stop moving mouth of hers and her funny wierd brain of hers.
And then whenever disaster happens, such as a monster already claiming a person's life, she will go on to interpret tt it was wat God had said according to the bible like as though it was a revelation of all sorts.
Ok im not sure whether it's wrong to claim everything according to the bible, i tot maybe she was preaching which was a prophetic thing to do but mum says otherwise.
Mum says they are actually pple who refer to God all the time but with satanic motives.
For eg, the woman's motive was actually to gather as much followers which were the frantic panicky survivors in the movie.
I have to agree she's really clever to take advantage of the chaotic situation but what really makes me want to tear her apart is how she influenced her followers not to forgive the man who was behind all the trouble tt happened.
The result?
The man was thrown outside of the safety of the supermarket into the hands of the unknown big ass monster.
And then in the end, she interpreted the story of Abraham or Issac (i forgot who ahah, sorry) sacrificing his son for God as sacrificing a young boy among the survivors to appease God.
Luckily, there was a group of adults huddling around the young boy like a group of elephants and finally the woman was shot dead by a pistol frm a non-supporter of hers.
...
Now i realise tt there are pple who claim to be followers of God but actually have motives to kill.
These are the pple who will incur my wrath.
Fury, anger are hatred are feelings tt i have towards the woman while watching the show.
I have to applaud the director of this movie for capturing the audience in suspense as well as invoke their inner feelings within them for the characters in the movie.
It's already showing in cinemas so catch it while u can before u regret not taking my advice haha.

Yesterday i bought a 160gb hard disk drive and a box of DVD-Rs'!!!
The hard drive is really cheap at $129, meaning the price has already gone down!

Good Friday!
Just before the stations of the cross, it was raining earlier and the sky was dark.
Moreover, there was thunder.
After mass ended, the sun was out and it was a beautiful day again, with blue skies and white fluffy clouds.
What a way to wrap up Good Friday!
It seems that God kind of helped to stimulate the real feeling of Jesus' route to death on the cross by adding the dark skies and thunder.
And the blue skies after tt is a sign tt God has redeemed us frm our sins and tt it's a new world again.

And so i dragged myself towards the store room and began looking for a "weapon of destruction".
Having a sharp vision, i caught sight of a serrated razor blade, and my eyes slowly travelled upwards to further reveal a yellow bloodied chain saw lurking in one corner of the shelves.
(the chain saw is bloodied because i had previously used it to cut up my hamster)
My eyes had a glint of madness in them.
I placed my hand on the chain saw handle and slowly began to take in the delicate shape of the chain saw.
I brought it nearer to my tummy and looking upwards, i brought it down onto the smooth hairless skin of my tummy in a flash.
-sizzle-
-vroomm-
-crack, crick-
-slissssstttt-
Blood splattered everywhere.
Blood on the ceiling, blood on the door, blood on my chendol.
I stopped the motor of the chain saw and i looked down at my piece of artwork.
Intestines lay everywhere, jumbled up in my tummy and some dangling outside of my tummy.
A wave of relief came over me, there was no more pain...

It's a holiday but erm, we Catholics shd rmb Jesus' dying on the cross for us.
Tt's sth we shdnt rejoice abt.
But the fact tt we shd rejoice abt is tt our sins are soon to be forgiven by Him.

Last Sat, i spent the whole day wif my parents at the NUS Open House.
There are two things tt spoilt my day while there.
One: The crappy rooms of Raffles Hall.
Dont be fooled by its grandeur-sounding of a name.
Look at the inside and it will creep you out.
The rooms in the hall are so small and squeezy and there is a damp smell abt it.
The hall looks pretty run-down and it's not a nice place to live in.
So much for its very own Raffles Tea-time programme for Rafflesians.
Who would want to stay there??
Not me.
Two: The ridiculous facilitators.
I'm referring to those tt are in charge of the exhibition hall, where exhibits of the various clubs are shown.
Once u enter, u can never come out by the same way.
You must make ur way to the end of the hall where there is an exit.
So ridiculous.
No wonder ur hall is so empty.
I bet there are pple like me who are kind of pissed wif ur ridiculous way of making the hall a one-way entrance.
Stupid.

Ok i think im a little decided on wat course to take in uni.
Somehow, i dun feel like studying at NUS.
Maybe tt kind of environment is not for me.
Maybe SMU will suit me if only there arent a limited number of courses to choose frm.

Ooh, i watched The Mist last sat in the comfort of my own home.
I would have to say tt this is one movie tt has kept in suspense, a feeling i've never had in a long time.
Although it's abt monsters, the plot is really realistic as to why the monsters actually existed.
Not some kind of mutation or sth.
I recommend u to watch this show.

Last nite, my family had a long chat wif my sis over msn thru the wonders of video-calling.
Just throw in a computer, webcam and a mike and there, u have a complete free unlimited calling service.
My sis was suggesting to me tt she and i celebrate our birthdays at some club, prob MOS or Zouk and then we would drive to Dempsey for i-dunno-wat.
Haha, she's so excited at the thought of 2 sisters chilling out in the wee hours of the night.

WHO HAPPENED TO BE WATCHING THIS WONDERFUL MIRACLE FRM AFAR.
THE ANGEL JOLENE PANG...
SHE PLANTED A SWEET LOVING KISS ON THE YOUNG MAN'S LIPS...
AND LOVE BLOSSOMED BETWEEN THEM.
BUT ANGELS AND MORTALS COULDNT COME TOGETHER, SO THEY SAID...
THUS THE FATEFUL KISS TURNED THEM INTO TWO SOLID STATUES...
EACH FACING EACH OTHER.
AND SO TO THIS DAY, THE STATUES STILL STAND...
WIF A PLAGUE COMMEMORATING THEIR EVERLASTING LOVE.

Bonjour!
After lunch, the usual thing tt me, Reggie and Jojo did was to scoot over to the computers.
They are the only computers with internet and also where civilisation was.
Tt's becoz everyone's own computers are not equipped wif internet.
Even a well known supermarket like NTUC doesnt even have internet...
So stingy...
MP Seah Kian Peng, i will fall down on my knees in front of u if u will ever install internet in every computer in the office.
Haha...
Be glad tt im still living in ur Marine Parade ward.

Oh yea i forgot to mention abt the interesting lunch time i had.
Smart aleck Jojo wanted to play games on the computer.
She claims she has found the greatest website to play the greatest games ever.
But to me she played the most boring game ever...
I guess she didnt play games all her life so maybe she will find cartoon network's games very fun.
Haha...
Ok then i went on to play some block puzzle game where u had to maneuvre the block around the designated path and then eventually tip it into the square hole.
Quite fun actually, considering the way the block moves out of the path.
Smart aleck Jojo cant stop laughing just becoz how the block fell off its path was so funny.
Haha...
She's really a boring person.

Ok i have one cautionary advice for u all avid travellers.
Never ever ever travel to HK, Taiwan and of course the cheena country, CHINA!!!
They, with the exception of Taiwan, have the worst pollution in the world and you are likely to have ur lifespans shorter shd u ever step out of their airports.
They are also where breeding infectious viruses can be found, making our Singapore pple sick!
Taiwan's food is so oily and unhealthy, it can even make ur heart stop for 10 minutes.
I was glad i chose Korea over Taiwan for my holiday trip back in 2005.
Taiwan and China, in my opinion, are strictly the 2 countries tt old pple, including ur grandma and grandpa and maybe the occasional great-grandma travel to.
I will totally swear off these 3 countries except Harbin haha.
Harbin, a world of ice ice ice!!!
