G'day mates!
Haha, i'm trying to imitate an Australian cowboy speak.
Ok there's a super old show coming up on TV called 'Different Cuts, Different Strokes'.
Ahh, the memories...
...
Let me tell you about my dreams.
I dont know why i have had recurring dreams of roaring airplanes zooming past the sky outside my house.
I always dream of myself standing by the windows at the living room and then watching the planes zoom past.
Not commercial planes but fighter planes.
But the most significant moment was when i could hear very clearly the distinctive roarrrrrr as the planes fly past.
And i always wake up feeling scared, not the kind of mood like you have when you are admiring planes.
It is that sound which always triggers fear and panic in me.
Maybe the NDP fighter planes' kind of sound.
And oh, there was this dream involving some kind of training session where Singapore fighter planes and Hong Kong fighter planes (i know it's HK because of the national flower which is the orchid) learn to shoot missiles at each other!!!
In the end, the Singapore fighter planes shot the HK fighter planes down.
...
Ok enough of dreams but i will still come back to tell you more if ever i have such dreams again.
Now i have one more paper to go!!!
But er, it's SW1101E which is a rather dry topic and not my cup of tea.
Please remind me not to take modules related to social work.
The holidays are approaching and i'm more than ready to welcome the days of freedom with wide-stretched arms!
Aud K's bday is coming and im thinking of getting a present for her since we dont get to celebrate while we were in college.
So yea, still thinking hehe.

So yeaps, 2 down, 3 more to go.
Yesterday, i had GE1101E paper and i found it quite manageable in terms of ideas and questions.
The only thing im not sure of is whether i've put forward my answers correctly though i hope my ideas are there and thus will help to pull the grade up.
So right now, im studying for EL1101E (an open book exam hooray!) and SE1101E paper (closed book sadly)
I really really cant wait for hols to start right after my exams are over because ever since school started, i've felt as though i havent had a proper hol though i have had about 7 to 8 mths of hol to begin with!
Arggh wait!
I've got BTT to tackle after my exams!
Oh shucks!
...
Penang trip's on 7th Dec and i cant wait to go over there and start spending money like crazy haha.
Moreover, the Malaysia Savings Sale starts end of the month till Jan next year i think, so i guess it's the right time for me!!!
Wahahhahaha!!!!

In light of the upcoming modern architecture GEM exam this freaking saturday at 9am at SDE Exhibition Hall with me sitting at Seat No. 202, i shall rant in this post.
Waaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh....
This might be the module with the most boring lectures but ironically, the content within itself isnt that boring, provided you have powerful engrish to be able to understand the chunky text in the textbook.
You also need good visual and observational skills to know what the author is describing about, like pilasters, cornices, facades, cubism...
Okok im not trying to boast about my 'extensive' and 'profound' knowledge of architecture haha.
But really, architecture is not just about what you suddenly feel like building or what your image of a nice, perfect building is like.
Every actions and preferences of the ideal building always have a theory to them.
It can also be called "The Psychology of Buildings and their Architecture" if ever there is such a module.
The worse thing about studying this module is that architecture has many movements such as Modernism, Futurism, Classicism, Organicism etc
And every one of the movements has its own prominent architects such as Bruno Taut, Walter Gropius, Adolf Loos etc.
And every one of these architects has built something, obviously.
The list goes on.
As i studied, i realised i do have a liking for some architectural movements because the styles of the buildings suit my taste.
For example, Organicism (Frank Lloyd Wright's houses especially)
Let me show you some pictures:
Ward Willits House
Fallingwater
Avery Coonley House
(All pictures courtesy of the faithful Wikipedia)
So how? Ultra-modern right?
An idea of your perfect house?
Ok back to studying...

Arghhhh!
I regret buying my psp over the nds lite!
And now i have the urge to buy an nds lite right now!!!
I dunno what came over me but im guessing it's because of my friend's irritating antics of asking me questions regarding the nds lite which i have no experience on.
Im asking sis to buy the console for me over in Aussie because of the cheaper prices and the falling Aussie dollar.
Recession periods do have its ups in life.

My lunch today consisted of CARBONARA MUSHROOM PASTA!
Ok i cheated a little here by using pre-made Leggo's carbonara pasta sauce.
But nevertheless, the overall culinary creation turned out to be delicious and passable!
I think it could be used as a way to stimulating a man's stomach haha.
Anyway, the mushrooms i used were Swiss brown mushrooms, the kind that you can find at breakfast buffets especially in Western countries.
So today, i was kind of reunited with my first love, the mushrooms!
Because i spent years looking for the mushrooms i loved so much but i ended up getting the wrong ones especially the Chinese ones such as shitake mushrooms.
So yea, if you want me to cook for you, feel free to put up your hands and say "I want!"
